DX06-1型 數(shù)控活塞環(huán)濕式打磨機床
用途及特點
該機床是在DX06型基礎上加工數(shù)控裝置和伺服電機驅動。使打磨輪每次實現(xiàn)只承受徑向力，沒有軸向力。加工出活塞環(huán)（特別是錐面環(huán)）棱角保持完整不崩口。適合鋼質環(huán)、刮片環(huán)外圓濕式打磨。通過數(shù)控系統(tǒng)準確的補償輪子的磨損量。該機床采用直線導軌和滾珠絲桿結構配備集中潤滑系統(tǒng)。
USES and features
DX06 - type 1 CNC piston ring wet grinding machine tools. The machine is on the basis of DX06 type processing numerical control device and servo motor drive. Make grinding wheel every time only bear radial force, axial force. Processing of piston ring (especially the cone ring) edges and keep complete collapse. Suitable for steel ring, ring of smears cylindrical wet grinding. Through the numerical control system accurate compensation of wheel wear. This machine adopts linear guide and ball screw structure equipped with central lubrication system.
