DX05-1型 活塞環(huán)數(shù)控自動修口機床
用途及特點
該機床是在DX05型活塞環(huán)濕式自動修口機基礎(chǔ)上將壓料部分和送料部分改為由伺服電機數(shù)控系統(tǒng)控制。使得送料更穩(wěn)定、更準(zhǔn)確。壓料部分速度任意調(diào)整。滾珠絲桿螺距大，位移點準(zhǔn)確，其余工裝模具和DX05型通用。不需要氣源，操作方便。
USES and features
DX05-1 piston ring CNC automatic repairing the machine. The machine is in DX05 piston ring wet type automatic repairing mouth machine based pressure material parts and feed to the numerical control system by the servo motor control. Make feeding more stable, more accurate. Some speed adjust pressure. Ball screw pitch, displacement point accurately, the rest of the tooling mould and type DX05 gm. Don't need air, easy to operate.
